Postage and handling is free for residents of the United States. Postage and Handling for orders outside the United States is $5.00 for orders up to $10.00, $10.00 for orders from $10.01 to $25.00, $15 for orders from $25.01-$50.00, and $20 for orders over $50.01.  PA residences will be charged 6% sales tax.
